Conjunctivitis

Any tips for conjunctivitis?? My eyes are so sore and red and basically glued closed. It's a struggle to even make this post! I'm obviously using eye drops but does anyone ever have anything they've found helps?

Don’t pick at the gunk, soak cotton wool pads in cooled boiled water and leave those on your eyes until they soften the crusty bits enough to wipe them off.

My family have always said to use a used teabag on your eyes. Seems to always have worked 🤷🏻‍♀️.
