Returns to Shein - can anyone help?

I did my first order with Shein and now want to return some of the items but got stuck. I think I may have seen a return label in the package but not 100% sure, either way I don't have it (I will go through the bins if it's likely one was sent)

Nothing to see in my Shein account, I think this is because I didn't set up the account until after my first order.

So wondering how I can get a returns label, if indeed I can. Help appreciated!

When you log in do you see the items you ordered?

Looking at their returns page suggests they provide a returns label or QR code depending on the method of return

Open the app.
Click on the me icon on the bottom right of screen.
Then select shipped items and then you will have the return item option.

No. Because I think i only opened an account after my first order

Ooh. I’ve never used the app just the website. So no way it will recognise me as me?

You must have entered an email address at some stage. Maybe trying putting that in an forgot password. I did not think you could do guest checkout on Shein

Ah the plot thickens
I logged in to my account but didn't see any orders
But have now just downloaded the app (never used it before) and the orders are there. I think I can organise the returns now, thank you!

one more question, the stuff comes in little bags but I can't for the life of me work out what came in which bag as they have some strange coding system on them. Does it matter?

Yeah in the app it's easy but do it as royal mail return not evri or it'll never arrive.

I just match up the size and take my best guess. Never messed up the return by sending back in the wrong bag.

Apparently returns to shein just go to landfill 😬 so the little codes on the bag probably don't matter!
Not being goady as I've bought and returned stuff from shein and am now reading about what happens to landfill and how much of their clothing ends up there!

oh gawd I’m now reading about it
right am sorting this return then will never buy from there again unless I am 100% sure I will keep it.
I thought the prices were suspiciously cheap, my husband raised his eyebrows at me
(I am keeping most of the stuff I bought)
