Odd lumps

My DD has developed odd lumps on one arm over the last week. Itchy and hard lump underneath. It's not eczema.
Any ideas? Allergy, bites?

It looks like insect bites to me. It's that season!

Looks like insect bites. Try taking an antihistamine and/or anthisan cream to stop the itching etc.

if it looks like there’s an infection tracking up the arm, then speak to 111, gp or a and e as this could be serious and would require antibiotics.
