(APart from condoms) I'm feeling a bit stuck with contraception. Both pills make me angry and anxious. I'm terrified of having someone go up inside me to insert a coil due to a hugely traumatic birth. Because of my reaction to hormonal contraception in pill form, I'm assuming the implant will have the same affect.
What can I have? Any wisdom appreciated!
