Going to Belfast for the fourth time - we love it thee!

Now the children are young adults - 16 and 19 - could anyone recommend any nice bars or traditional Irish pubs to take them in the city centre please?

Rock bar on the Falls road is hugely popular. If you look them up on facebook it tells you what music is playing what day.

The Deers Head has good craft beer.

Not an area I’d happily go to, let alone possibly English tourists!

White’s Tavern is one of the oldest on the island, very atmospheric and good food. McHughs is nice too. If you fancy going out of the city centre a bit Cutters Wharf is hard to beat on a summer’s day, right beside the river with a lovely terrace

Nothing wrong with the area the rock bar is in we are all quite civilised and welcome tourists to this area all the time whatever country they hail from.

I went to a bar called Pug Ugly when I went. They had live music and was a good atmosphere. Was a few years ago now but we had a great night.
The Crown is worthy of a visit too especially if you can get a booth.
