Hello! I have a 'pre-screening' interview on Wednesday with a global firm for a job I really want. I've had a few of these 30min calls before, and they tend to be with a general company recruiter wanting to weed out candidates before the real interviews with line managers begin.
So can you help? Any tips on what you're looking for from potential candidates on these calls? I'm mid-senior level so I know the 'STAR' technique, using figures to prove my accomplishments, and using language from the job advert to prove suitability. But is there anything specifically for these types of initial pre-screening calls that I should know? How can I nail it?
Thank you so much!
