4 hours near Waterloo station - where to have dinner?

As the title says really. I’ve got 4 hours in London this week and I’ve not been for ages. Please recommend me somewhere for some nice food. Not too pricey but can be anything as I’m not choosy. My favourite food is asian so bonus points for anything of that ilk.

Thank you people in the know!

Ping Pong on South Bank fits all that criteria...

Also came on to say Ping Pong in south bank, there are lots of options along there by the river.

Also if you go out the back entrance of Waterloo station by the McDonald's, down a level, there are a ton of restaurants out that way near the Sainsbury's and several good Asian choices there too.

I had lunch by myself at ping pong just the other week and it was lovely.

Four hours is plenty!

I like Rosa's Thai in the Cut. Never been to ping pong but heard it's good.

If you like steak then Flat Iron might be a good shout.

Not Asian but Barafina on the corner of Adelaide Street is a 10 minute walk away. Delicious tapas and if you're solo you can sit at the bar which is nice and casual.

Alternatively you could easily walk to Chinatown and take your pick of the best Asian! Tokyo Diner is my fave!

Not Asian but La Gamba is a lovely new tapas spot on the Southbank with a great terrace for river views. Really nice food!

OKAN south bank is close to Waterloo and does amazing, very genuine, Japanese food. You’ll need to book. A tiny place you won’t want to sit there for hours admiring the lack of view, but top notch food.
