Please recommend sun cream!

Applying sun cream to my 20 month old is horrendous. He HATES it.

Can anyone recommend something that works for their toddlers?

We've tried creams, sprays and roll ons. All I can find on here is old threads recommending Soltan sun stick and banana boat spray- both look great and like they don't need to be rubbed in but I can't find them anywhere, so looking for something current!

I use the Coola spf sprays on my toddler. They're quick and easy - just spray and go. You don't even need to rub them in

We use the Ambre Solaire mist!

It dries straight away & no sticky residue!

I used to use the banana boat spray on myself but have this now which I like

They are honestly brilliant - I got them for the boys years ago for taking to school and I recommend them to everyone. I use LiDL sun cream in them because I find that best for my allergy-prone skin.

Malibu clear protection is great, it’s a spray that doesn’t feel oily or greasy.

I have read that mists/sprays are not great for young children due to them breathing in the product.

We use a make up brush to apply suncream on the face. Much less crying and pulling away...Well most of the time anyway.

Pour suncream into a container or bowl and use a makeup brush to apply it and pretend to paint his body. Sometimes the like a game like that.

Ultra sun Extreme 50 for kids. One and done application when they get dressed.

Boots do a solid stick for faces

Niviea do a brea spray - I ask them to hold their breath and walk away when done it’s that quick!!
