U need to now find the best as the will keep coming in regardless

A very good clean up.

Find their access point and put ant powder in and around it. Then leave nippon traps down. The ants take the poison back to the nest which then hopefully prevents any reoccurrences

This worked for me too. I used these traps.

I think so - the bait is hidden inside behind small holes but as we’re a pet free household please do double check!

We are plagued! And I can't find the best. The Nipon stuff is powder is pet safe. I can't read the instructions on the bottle, too small.

Take a picture on your phone and zoom in!

Kill them but don't clean up the bodies. Ants are clever and don't go where other ants have been poisoned. Worked for me!

Clean then ant bait just outside front and back door.

You have to start the battle in April, put ant stations down in the usual places.
This stuff works better than nippon or any other I've tried but is expensive.

Lemon juice! Sounds odd, but works really well.

As well as making sure you've cleaned all food crumbs away, what you also need to do is to kill their scent trail. Lemon juice will do this, and will also kill any ants.

I use the AntStop too. I have dogs, so I tuck the stations just outside the back door, behind a plant pot so that the dogs can't get at them.
