What do you call those plastic things you can buy, to make rings fit more snugly?

They're like little cushiony things that go on the underside of a ring, what are they called? I've lost a bit of weight recently & have a ring that doesn't quite fit properly any more 😢

Ring resizers or ring size adjusters. I have the ones that are like little spirals, I find them much more comfy than the cushiony ones.
