Feeling odd and unsettled today but for no reason

I'm just feeling so weird tonight and want to get it off my chest, it doesn't even matter if no-one replies. Since yesterday I've been feeling like something is wrong or out of place but I can't put my finger on what or why. Nothing interesting has happened that I could pin it on. It's almost as though I feel like I really miss someone but I don't know who?? Or something is "wrong" but I don't know what, but I don't mean that typical feeling that something bad has happened...just an unsettled feeling.

Well, if anyone's ever felt this way and it did turn out to have a reason, please let me know. Or maybe it just passed and was nothing🤔

I have had that feeling today too - sad/melanchony but for no obvious reason. For me I think it stems from a poor night's sleep. Am hoping I'll wake up feeling better tomorrow. Hope you do too, @betwelve.

I have felt the same today too.

Awe, thanks. Maybe it's just the weather? I'd settled into this spring weather routine and maybe it's just the change in routine. Or it cc ould be lack of sleep as you say. Sleep well, too 🥱

I’ve felt like this a lot this year . It’s a really weird restless feeling

Aquamarine1029 · 28/05/2023 00:07

Peri-menopause did this to me. It's anxiety.

I quite often feel like this before a bad migraine hits me. Sometimes a day or two before, even. It's very unpleasant!
