Every couple of weeks I have this massive pain around my vulva. It lasts an evening then goes away. I've had thrush treatment and I've had thrush before and this doesn't feel like it. I'm so inflamed, I've got two massive swellings tonight, they feel hard, they are really red and I'm miserable.

Sat in a tepid bath. Anything else I can do?

I'll obviously be going back to the Dr!

Vulvodynia?
Some topical painkillers can help but speak to GP about which ones.

Thank you. I could honestly cry

Epsom salt baths will seriously help with any swelling.

Bartholin's cysts/abscess?

Imsorrysorry · 27/05/2023 22:24

if the pain feels deep into the nerves then it could be herpes. Do not be alarmed it’s very common.

It doesn't feel deep
