Anyone currently in the passport queue in Terminal 3 Heathrow?

DH flight lands in an hour and I've seen there is a malfunction on the electronic passport machines, which is causing delays.
If you're there, or have any knowledge, how long time wise are the delays roughly?

Just read about this on The Times online. It reports there is 'chaos' but doesn't say how long queues are, sorry.

I’m always sceptical if the news makes the queues look worse than in real life! Maybe I’m just an optimist

Just to update, DH landed at 14:11, and called my to say he was at the baggage carrousel at 14:35 having gone through passport control in the quickest time ever.
All passport cubicles manned.
Lesson learnt, don't believe what the press says.

Dh landed at terminal 5 at about the same time and while he also reported all stations being manned, it took him over an hour to crawl through.

I can fully cope with dh travelling for work, but once he's landed I just want him.home!!

We had to queue for over an hour on Thursday afternoon because the scanners weren't working properly, bedlam. So no idea why they claim this only happened from Friday night.
