Are you overweight but happy?

Im just chilling in the garden finally enjoying some sun wearing a loose top to cover my belly but thinking 'you know what? ' aside from losing a parent suddenly last year, im the biggest ive ever weighed but the happiest! Anyone else ? ( 5'6, 12 stone and a good 14)

Yes, I’m a happy person, I feel grateful for my beautiful family, our home, everything really.

I’m not particularly happy I’m overweight though. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been 4 months post partum & none of my clothes fit!

The truth is, I don’t like being this heavy but I’m wise enough to know I’ve grown and given birth to 2 babies in 3 years. My body is not going to look the same, so I don’t give myself a hard time about it.
I just continue to eat healthily and get my steps in. Weight loss is not a priority right now whilst I’m breastfeeding.
