Morning everyone!
So I'm a bit conflicted. Found out recently from an ex colleague that I am earning a lot less than colleagues of the same level in my business. She found out which caused her to eventually leave.
I'm pretty annoyed about this as I work v hard, harder than some of the others apparently in significantly more. A lot is expected of me and I lead a large team. What should I do? Suck it up or raise it? It's not concrete evidence so I wouldn't even know how to.
The company is small so no info on Glassdoor etc.
Any advice would be great thanks!
