New employer

I’m starting a business and everything is set up apart from employing other people. What do I need to know about this? What do I need as this is a child related business? Where’s a good place to get advice for this?

Did you not do any research at all?

Its set up as it was intended to just be me being self employed. However I have had so much demand that it looks like I’m going to need to employ some other people.
