How do I clean a sofa with a steam cleaner?

Because it doesn’t vaporise the grub does it? So do I steam it then capture the loosened grub somehow?

I don't think you can really. I hated my steam cleaner. Just made everything wet. Didn't lift stains

You need a vax spot cleaner. Best 149 I've ever spent. It's basically a mini carpet cleaner and my sofas are so fresh. The amount of dirty lifted from it was..... embarrassing.

Oh I have a big vax. Perhaps a steam then a second clean / suck with the vax
