Hi I sent my child’s application for dla over 3 weeks ago and have had no confirmation they have received. I spoke with them today and they said it hasn’t been scanned yet. Most people seemed to get a message to say it was received within 2 weeks. I’m wondering if it’s gone missing. Anyone else have a long wait for confirmation? x

I think it took us about 4 months! But we heard back shortly after getting the confirmation.

Almost 5 months before we heard

I sent mine back 4th may, been told they have recieved it but it's not been scanned on the system yet that was two weeks ago and I've still heard nothing.
It's a joke, you'd think they'd at least scan them in!

Did you get a confirmation letter of text to say they have received it? That’s what I’m worrying about that it’s gone missing x

My sons been getting DLA for ten years now I don't think.I have ever had a confirmation text or letter,hey say it takes about 15 weeks at the moment for a decision,I know it's hard but it's a waiting game
And stay away from the Facebook groups,they are obsessed with scan dates!

No I just rang up and was told it's there they've recieved it just not scanned in.
