Rail strikes next week

Due to travel London - Edinburgh next Wednesday when the trains are striking. The service I have booked is still running and I have seats booked. What will the stations/trains likely be like from past strikes? Chaotic? Did the first class catering still run? Thanks!

Travel on strike days is usually much nicer than on non strike days tbh

It's Alsef that are striking,so I guess the catering will still run if the train is.

Have a plan in case there is limited catering I suggest, and be there well ahead of time to get your seat.
