Following on from the inspiring messages I got on a previous post- I've decided to
- Plan a 3 month adventure (so its something to look forward to) and
- Set myself a challenge. Mental and physical ideally!
Part 2 is proving tricky. I was something exciting and properly challenging. That in some way changes the way I see life. Small ask!
So I thought I'd come here and get some more inspiration.
Only criteria are:
- I can't run. (Weird foot) but I can walk or do any other physical activity (with enough training!)
- Preparing for it can't completely take over my everyday- work, kids, house are FT things. I have an hour or so an evening, and maybe hour or two at weekends.
- Preparing for it can't cost a lot. But I'm prepared to save up for something over time.
Any ideas?
