Need a new mattress

Help! My 56 year old back needs a new mattress and we're thinking memory foam. I'm getting confused with all the different companies that do them (and all their differing reviews!) - have you got one you love and would recommend? Emma, simba, otty - or one I've not heard of yet.
Budget up to £700 ish.

Memory foam gets really, really hot. Have you thought about a natural latex mattress? It's supportive like memory foam (but better!) and much cooler.

You see this is where I'm more confused now! I thought memory foam kept you cool (that's what the blurb on the one I looked at said). I'll look at latex - thanks.

Whatever you buy make sure it's flippable , not just rotatable. Otherwise you half the length of time you'll have the new mattress.

We have a simba and wouldn't recommend it. Despite keep turning it, it still keeps getting a dip in it. We're on our 3rd one now as they keep replacing it 🙄
