I usually have very clear skin, with a bit of redness on nose and cheeks.
What is new are these bumpy blemishes, mostly on one cheek, a few near eyebrow, chin and nose. The pic os of the worst part as a few are clustered together, whereas the others are really small.
I haven't changed any habits and use minimal skincare with no alterations recently.
I am 49 and haven't had a period for over a year.
They don't hurt or itch but don't feel like the usual pimple/zit either. More puffy than that.
