1st Wedding Anniversary Gift - Help!

Hi Wise MNetters.

DH and I are fast approaching our 1st wedding anniversary, and for fun we've decided to stick to the traditional gift themes.

I was all sorted with a paper voucher for something he'd love during a weekend break to London we're going on later in the year, but I've just had a message from the organisers cancelling it so now I'm back at square 1.

I can't think of any books he'd like, we're already awash with more artwork than we can fit on the walls, I'm dry for alternative thing/event ideas that he'd like as much. We've done silly 'favour' vouchers before so I don't really want to repeat that.

Any fun ideas for paper-based gifts? Budget around £50 at the top end.

Roll on next year when I can just get him a t-shirt and be done with it 😉

With hopeful thanks!

It doesn't have to be either/or. There's the option for both!

Oh my god he'd love that!! We made some origami confetti boxes and place-card holders for the wedding and I had a struggle to stop him wasting the paper on frogs and cranes then. Brilliant idea.
