I bought a jacket for my daughter in Depop. It was expensive as it was a branded one that has been discontinued.
it was advertised as used - excellent.
But when it arrived it had an obvious repair on back sleeve that you couldn’t see from photos online which makes it too small for my daughter to wear across the shoulders.
Seller says no refunds or returns on her profile.
do I contact the seller or report it. It’s my first time buying on there.
