My son’s eyebrows…

He is blessed with beautiful thick eyebrows but it’s annoying me that they always look so messy (he is two so obviously rubs his eyes a lot/rubs his face into absolutely everything). They end up pointing down nearly into his poor little eyes and tbh in every single other direction!

I definitely wouldn’t cut them or anything like that but what can I use to make them stay in place? Was going to try DH’s hair gel but it’s quite perfumy and not sure if that would cause irritation.

Can’t believe i’m posting this either. Lol.

I must add.. they are very very dark brown and he has a pale face so it really stands out! Everyone comments on them all the time!

Don’t put anything on them. You will end up giving him a complex about them!

Elle200 · 23/05/2023 18:45

Use an old toothbrush to brush them into shape?

doubleoseven · 23/05/2023 18:45

Lol. My ds was the same. I use hairspray on my own unruly brows, just spray on my finger then swipe over. Worth a try?
Maybe extra strong hold!

@SiegeOfBees this is what I am worried about! That is the last thing I want to do.. coming from experience as I was seriously bullied for my tash and monobrow for many years!

He sounds adorable. Can you buy clear eyebrow gel?

ThatFraggle · 23/05/2023 18:51

Clear eyebrow gel. A swipe after he showers/ washes his face in the morning.

Crinkle77 · 23/05/2023 18:51

Try some vaseline.

Boots 17 clear mascara/brown gel

I'm desperate to tame my 11 year old's monobrow but he likes it and says it makes him look like a man!
I posted about it on Facebook once and was told I'm not allowed to do it. I obviously wouldn't without his consent but omg do I want to!

Haha love the replies. I may have to try the brow gel!
