Anglo Doorstep Collections

Having a massive declutter so booked a collection with Anglo Doorstep Collections weeks ago - they only come to my postcode once a month.
Duly sorted out a load of (very good condition) donations. Had an email saying eta of 11.10am. Tracking kept saying they were on their way and showed them a few miles away.
Just refreshed the tracking and it says "we were unable to pickup your order".

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've now got loads of bags of stuff to find somewhere else to donate to, which I would have done in the first place gradually over the last few weeks instead of saving it all up!

Is there any point in booking them again for next month's date?

I'd only heard of them through people on here saying they were good to use so I'm a bit disappointed!

I have used them about 6 times now in two different areas and they have always come. I don’t know if you can let them know via the website that there is a problem?

Do any of your local.charity shops do collections?

We’ve used them 5 or 6 times and they’ve always been brilliant.

I can take the donations somewhere else, it's just more the fact I thought I'd save them up for a big collection.
