I know there are threads for Princessing on the S&B board, and for weight-loss and for things like couch to 5K but I’d like a more general wellness thread.
I feel like I want to get the basics in place before I start thinking about princessing, I want more than general weight-loss and couch to 5K isn’t happening just now!
So if anyone wants to join me on a general “I want to sort myself out” thread that would be great!
My main aims are
- Drink at lease 2L water a day
- Cardio 3 days a week, weights 3 days a week, yoga every now and again.
- 3 things I’m grateful for every day
- Take my vitamins
- Sleep at lease 7 hours a night.
- Focus on whole foods and cutting UPF out of diet (and some intermittent fasting)
I think if I could get the about in place I’d start to feel a lot better. Right now I just feel overweight and tired. I am 44 but I don’t think I’m in Perimenopause quite yet (or at least I don’t think I need HRT quite yet).
Anyone?
