GCSE care package parcel

My DN is doing her GCSEs and I wanted to send her a parcel with a few treats. Just a few little things for self care. Some chocolate too. What would you like to receive to keep you going through exams?

Scented candle? Bars of choc. Red bull?? Only half joking.

Some calming body/ sleep stuff? Neon/ body shop/ this works have calming ranges depending on budget. Candle? I did love candles and incense as a teenager my DM did not love that I did though.

Stress ball, hot choc sachets/ calming teas?

• A couple of lovely highlighter pens (those Stabilo Boss pastel ones are popular with my students)
• Maybe some Bach Rescue Remedy (if she’s anxious)
• A voucher for Starbucks or Caffè Nero or whatever she’s got near her

To be honest, just some good luck wishes and knowing that you’re thinking of her is enough!
