DH working late so we’re having pasta, pesto, peas & cheese.

Easy lazy tea for us- butter chicken (Maggi bag!) with rice and baby corn.

Leftovers: roast chicken (sadly won’t stretch as far as the infamous MN chicken), potato salad, pickled things, green salad, other salady things.

Cottage pie from a previous batch cook. With spinach salad.

This sweetcorn chowder, on the recommendation of someone here. I made it earlier today and it’s lovely!

Dd made a pasta bake at school. So that's what we are having! Running around all evening doing haircuts, footy runs etc so glad to have a dinner I just have to throw in the oven!

Sweet potato tagine with cous cous and feta salad.

Chicken and avocado salad with super seeds and a nice dressing I think.

Macarons for afterwards, which sounds fancy but aldi have them in the desserts fridge and I. am. taking. full. advantage.

Dp is away for work, kids have decided to order pizza so I am having a toastie and a glass of wine.
