Reheated Chicken?

How do I warm up roast chicken without drying it out? I basically want to do a mini roast with the leftovers (half a big chicken left!) but I hate dry chicken!

I'll cover it in foil and add some stock to the pan? Should I cook it on a very low temp? Higher??

I personally just put the cold chicken on the plate, add veg and pour lovely gravy over. Not like chicken is usually that hot during the meal.

But if you prefer to then I'd put in in a dish, add some butter (or something 'wet'), cover with foil, heat the oven to 350-400 and check after 15/20 minutes. As long as it's very hot in the centre then you're good to go.

Yeah I usually just pour gravy over I let the chicken come to room temp. Or you could pour gravy over and reheat In the oven / microwave. Pick the chicken off first.
