I’ve noticed a few threads about the junk mail so this maybe of use. Firstly I started gathering it up and at the end of each month put it back in the post box but I found. this only works if a lot of us do it.
Today I found this :
Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, it’s an unfair commercial practice to send unsolicited goods or services to people without their prior consent.

I have just sent an email to Royal Mail and told them I do not give you consent to you putting this junk and leaflets through my letterbox.
it needs to stop with immediate affect as it is now telling on my health and I will be claiming for compensation. ( feel free to use this if you want) At the end of the day the letter box is our property not Royal Mail and we are within our rights to refuse it, failing that claim on it they will soon stop. The post woman last week told me I had to except and refused to take it back to the office this is why I have looked into it further. I will keep you updated .

Just bung it in the recycling. All this drama over some bits of paper. 🙄
