URGENT! Any nurses around? Drug interactions.

I’m panicking! Last night (around 9hrs ago) I applied some Voltarol 12 hour gel (diclofenac) to the base of my foot (heel) for pain relief. It did nothing.

Just now I’ve taken 2 ibuprofen for period pain. Not realising I should not have taken it with the gel.

How worried should I be 9hrs later?!

Thank you so much! I already have GI issues and the side effects mention stomach perforation if the gel is taken with other NSAIDS so I panicked <blush>
