I have become terrified of having too much fun.
The aftermath of having a nice day, relaxing, taking a day break from budgeting, health eating and cleaning sends me into such a spiral.
Having just had a lovely weekend in the sun with my family, I am feeling overwhelmed and tearful. It's my day off tomorrow so not Sunday scaries as such but I feel a lot of guilt around maybe spending a bit more than usual, not eating well and letting the house get messy.
I'd love to just reflect on the fun weekend and feel grateful but my anxiety is sky high. Am I alone with this? Is there anything I can do to ease back into the every day?
