I need cheering up as have Covid - always enjoy these threads. It’s really knocked me for six. Supposed to be going back to work this week but will have to see how it goes. DH has had it too but got over it pretty quickly, although he’s still coughing a bit & gets tired. DD14 tested positive initially then realised she had accidentally used DH’s little stick. Her 2nd test was negative.
DH was going to make his famous sausage pasta for tea but because he’s been working hard all day, I suggested having something with chips instead. Sausage chips & beans it is! Cafe tea as my friend calls it.
I’ve been enjoying watching the bunnies today. They are always a joy & very good therapy. Our newest rabbit definitely thinks she is a house rabbit. We have to keep an eye on her as she tries to eat all sorts!
DH has just put Paddington 2 on so might watch that. Love those films!

Lovely thread

Hope you feel better soon @SunshineLollipopsAndRainbows

@bloodywhitecat wishing you a gentle day I remember your threads about your lovely DH.

All our children are asleep here even the teens which is unusual normally they'd be reading.

I'm just having a quiet cup of tea while DH is doing a bit of work then am about to head up to bed. We have fresh sheets and I have a new book, love simple pleasures like these!

Watching an episode of emmerdale I'm three weeks behind, ds is playing his switch & dd is on her phone.

Beds are freshly bed & I'm looking forward to getting into it, for first time in ages though I'm not exhausted.
