Anyone having problems with amending a Sainsburys order?

I've been trying all weekend but it says there are technical issues. I've tried the app and the website on 2 different browsers. I called them and they told me to clear my cookies which I did but I still can't amend my order.
Anyone else having problems?

Yes! Been trying to place an online order all weekend - gave up earlier and went to the shop!

I'm not having this problem right now but I shop with Sainsburys online every week and this has happened to me about 3 times in the last year. It's really frustrating!

RedRobin2021 how does it resolve? Fortunately my order isn't for delivery until 1st June but I'm away next week and there are lots of additions I want to make
