Hi, it's my daughters 18th next month, I'm thinking of taking her to Manchester for the day. I've booked a table at freight Island but what else can we do?
I've looked at ace throwing but that's over £200 so far too expensive. I want to give her a fun day out

Probably a controversial opinion but if she likes nightlife I’d sort her one of those free promoter nights out with a couple friends at one of the clubs. Drinks are free too and security is high at these clubs.

@ antonioabrantes_ on instagram is a promoter for Manchester clubs, contact him. Lovely guy, always looks after us.

He is hired by the club to seek people out to come to the club for free to make it look fuller and a better ‘vibe’

Chinawhite and cirque are fab nights out, I used to go all the time when I was 18/19 with my friends.

she’d only have to pay entry. I’d say get them an overnight in a hotel/Airbnb nearby and pay for a taxi from the club so they are safe when they leave xx

Total Ninja inflatable obstacle course or Urban Playground crazy golf?

Is it just the 2 of you? If not, you could do an escape room with a couple of friends?

Shopping

There's an escape room that gets good reviews.
Shopping in the Northern Quarter and a visit to Afflecks?
