Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and can offer advice...
Picked up a new car yesterday and have tried to change our insurance policy over to the new one but they are saying the car isn't on their system so they can't do it!
We can get quotes for new insurance or temporary insurance though so it seems the car does exist elsewhere.
Have done the online chat to no avail and have requested a call back but we go on a UK holiday tomorrow so need to drive and it could be a 24hr wait 😬
