DS stepped awkwardly on Lego and has scraped off skin on the bottom of his toes, not the pad but the bit between toe pad and foot. It happened yesterday and has stopped bleeding. One toe is bad, one a slight scrape and the others now ok. I've re-cleaned and germoline-d, then just strapped a wound dressing on the whole toe area followed by sock and slippers. Is that ok? I can't figure out any way of directly wrapping one toe that would be comfortable.
