Covid egg retrieval

Hi, has anybody had egg retrieval despite being covid positive?? My clinic says I don’t have to test but if I do and I’m positive then it’s best to cancel as there can be complications, and I have tested positive so now I’m worried about the procedure.

Egg stimulation is a lot of work just to cancel
