Apologies if this isn't in the correct place.
Start of this week I had an appointment at the eye hospital due to a non urgent referral, so waited a year for the appointment.
After all the tests, the doctor said with the loss of my vision she can't give a reason why as she can only see to the back of my eyes and will be referring me for a brain scan, specifically an MRI. That she also wants me back for another appointment in 3 months for more visual field tests.
I will admit when she said brain scan and just shut down and didnt speak. I didnt ask any questions at all which I am now kicking myself about.
I dont know why she wants an MRI done, if this an urgent or non urgent referral.
I am just in limbo now all because I didnt answer any questions. Is it possible for me to find the answer out to these questions now or would it be too late? Will I just have to anxiously wait for some correspondence?
