Obviously the colosseum and the trevi fountain. The porte portese flea market is a must and other than that I think it would be sitting in bars people-watching

Pantheon

Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colisseum. Spanish Stairs. Victors Emmanuel monument, like a giant wedding cake. Trevi if it's open. Vatican and Vatican Square esp the bit where all the columns line up. Some glorious shops and food. Some ridiculously beautiful people altho Milan might win that one.
