Passport renewal

I have just renewed both dc’s passports at the start of May, done both at the same time and was asked to send old passports back to the same office in the same envelope, but have only been getting updates on one application which has been approved and delivered today.

I’m now starting to panic as we have a trip booked for July for a family wedding, I’m not eligible to speed up the process yet and the passport office aren’t really much help.

So just wondering if anyone has had this before where you applied at the same time and only got one back?

Did you put both references on the envelope? I did renewals for my two on 8/5 and one has been printed but the other still on documents received. I sent them to separate offices though rather than in one envelope.

Yes I put both references on the envelope.

I was asked to send them to the same office 😩 tbh honest, the application process was easy and quite quick with the one that’s been printed, but silly they ask you to do it as a family application and only do one.

I’m in the same boat at the moment. Did you get a resolution?
