Tesco club card points have vanished?

Only recently started using a club card, but I know I had at least 500 points.

Just checked the app and it’s saying I’ve got 39! Any idea why all my points seem to have disappeared?

Have they been credited to you as a voucher?

They issue vouchers 4 times a year and clear the balance.

Points accrue quarterly. Quarterly balances have just converted to vouchers. Can you see if you now have vouchers?

Just checked mine and I have a £4.50 voucher.

Oh yes, I just looked. I have £6.50 in vouchers 😂
