Fitbit help

I have a Fitbit Charge 2 and have done 3 days exercise this week which shows on the individual but is only registering as 2 days exercise. I've followed steps previously advised... forcing stop, rebooting phone, Bluetooth back on and logging back in to no avail. App is up to date

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

I don’t use a fitbit as I have an Apple Watch but at a guess I’d say it isn’t counting 34 mins of steps as “exercise”.

Thank you for replying, I'd done 14k steps and 34 mins of exercise, 30 mins a day is my target.

Any other help would be appreciated.

Does it only count it at the end of the day?

Which of those days is it not counting. I think the 34 minute one will be the one it isn't.

It is the 34 mins day that isn't polling but anything over 30 mins is meant to.
