Period is late - I'm on the implant

Would you worryif your last period was on the 6th April if you were on the implant ? If it doesn't arrive by Monday I'll do a test but would this be enough to alarm you?

I thought the idea of the implant was that you don’t get periods? Or had them very infrequently. (Didn’t work for me I just bled non-stop).

It seems different for everyone. I have normal periods every month, have done for 13 years. That's why I'm a bit 🫣

Then yeah I’d be worried, it’s not 100% effective.

I can't even believe I'm writing this to be honest. I'll do a test next week if nothing has arrived. I am feeling very tired lately but then again I'm 40 so maybe it's menopause 🤔
