Why on a group message is my message showing with one grey tick ? Does it mean someone has blocked me ?

Just means one person or more hasn't received it. Probably out of signal or phone is off.

How long ago did you send it?
If you press and hold on the message and then click the 'i" button then it will show who has and hasn't read the message yet

Have you looked to see whose viewed it/received it?

Do you allow people to see if you've read/received messages?
