A cup of earl grey tea in the afternoon
Reading a long newspaper weekend article rather than just skimming news headlines
Tackling an "I don't want to do it and want to act like a stubborn toddler it's not fair I did this yesterday" job (putting clean dry laundry away/house admin filing.....mostly). But I feel lighter if I do it. So try and do one toddler job each morning.
Researching an booking "an event". Can be just a visit to a museum, or full on theatre with drinks, but research and planning. Even a new cafe with a pretty or people watching view.
A train ride (very off peak preferably) love trains wish they were everywhere in place of cars.
Buying new books. I have so many I am now on a self imposed dry turkey that I need to read a few more and pass on before adding more to the shelves. But nonetheless buying new books makes me happy.
As does buying nice new pens. (Again now on rations).
Cloud watching, love the "I see a rabbit" cloud game and you can play it yourself.
Reading and trying to apply local, real life weather forecasting tricks of old and see if they are accurate. When flowers close their petals. Birds flap away.
Making healthy fizzy drinks with the soda stream.
