I've been at my current firm for nearly six years but recently moved into a smaller team. They're so so lovely but quite set in their ways, and the person who did my job before them left big shoes. I always feel like I'm being compared to her and I really want to impress.
One of my jobs for the year is to organise our team offsite. Brief is: one night, we can fly/train/drive etc. No more than a three hour flight from London really, but also happy with UK. Need something amazing to 'do' - before in previous teams I've always organised ski trips but budget doesn't really stretch to that. SO, darling Mumsnet; what is the best 'activity' you've done/can think of. I've got about 1kpp - it's a corp environment where they are used to a bit of luxury but this team are open to a bit of rough and ready. Thinking around October/November time.
