I've lost my beautiful Coach bag 😥

I can't find it anywhere. I've had it a while and it was still in immaculate condition - soft off white leather, pink lining, it was really beautiful. It only came out occasionally and I'm sure I remember putting it away in a dust bag where all my bags live but I went to get it out yesterday and it wasn't there. It's nowhere to be found, I've looked everywhere (and I live in a small flat so there really aren't that many places it could be). I've been to DPs today and had a look there in case I left it but no. The strange thing is that nothing else is missing - if I had left it somewhere then I would be missing my wallet or house keys or something but I'm not.
I don't have many nice things and don't usually buy anything expensive but it was so lovely I couldn't resist it. I'm so sad and feel so stupid for not taking better care of it.

Under the bed perhaps? Hope you find it.

Do a room a day, searching everywhere but staying in that room.

Often when we look for things we start off in one place and then think 'oh I wonder if it's behind the sofa' and then you end up all over and not looking methodically.

I was about to say Check suitcases. I thought I lost a bag and found it in a suitcase after turning the house upside down trying to find it and it was in the suitcase from a holiday I had been about 8 months ago.

Well, that's your choice, Virtue Signalling isn't entirely helpful here though is it? I mean, I could say I have never bought a leather bag because I don't believe we should breed animals to make handbags, but that doesn't help the OP find her bag, that she chose to buy (as you did),does it?!?!

I hope you put money on that bet @RubiesandRose - because my bag has been found!!! It's at DPs. He found it this morning despite me having a very thorough hunt round at the weekend. I'm delighted 😊

I found my mums engagement ring in seconds after she noticed it had fallen off her finger and spent weeks searching for my glasses, asked St Anthony and found them 60 seconds later down the back of the bed where I had already checked at least twice!
