POWER OF ATTORNEY reduction do you send copies or actual proof?

Ive applied for the reduced fee as parent has less than 12k a year incime through pensions. I have the P60 so do I send that as proof or a copy of it???

I have sent the documents but have taken copies of them . I have had these returned eventually.
